Welcome to Hideaway Camp & Resort! By accessing and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not book our services or access our website.

1. Reservations & Bookings

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance by paying the required deposit or advance amount.
• Rooms/Cottages are subject to availability at the time of reservation confirmation.
• Rates are subject to change depending on season, availability, and promotional packages.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Guidelines

• Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
• Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID) upon check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

3. Accommodation & Stay Rules

• The number of guests staying in a room/cottage must not exceed the reservation agreement. Extra charges apply for additional guests.
• Drunkenness, disorderly conduct, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to ask guest(s) to leave the premises immediately without any refund.
• Please respect the natural environment around Mohan Chatti. Do not litter, play loud music past the designated night hours, or disturb the local ecosystem.

4. Property Damage & Liability

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. Charges will be assessed and collected before check-out.

5. Force Majeure

Hideaway Camp & Resort is not liable for failures or delays in service delivery caused by natural disasters, acts of government authority, weather conditions (such as heavy landslides or rainstorms blocking access to Neelkanth Road), or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand.
