Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hideaway Camp & Resort, we value our guests and aim to offer a transparent cancellation policy. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before booking.

1. Standard Booking Cancellation

Our cancellation charges vary based on the duration between the cancellation request and the planned check-in date:

• Cancellation 15 days or more before check-in: 90% refund of the total booking amount or free rescheduling (subject to availability). A 10% administrative fee is retained.
• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be provided. Rescheduling is not permitted in this period.

2. Group & Event Bookings (Weddings, Corporate Events)

For custom event bookings (such as destination weddings or corporate camps):

• The advance booking deposit (usually 25% - 50%) is non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the event, the client is liable to pay the full agreed event amount as per the billing structure.

3. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior written communication, the reservation will be marked as a "No-Show". The booking will be cancelled and no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation acceptance. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account, credit card, or UPI) used during the transaction.

5. Force Majeure & Special Cancellations

In case of extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, severe landslides in the Mohanchatti/Rishikesh sector, or other force majeure conditions that prevent travelers from arriving at the resort, we will offer a credit note for a future stay (valid for up to 6 months) or free rescheduling. Refunds will not be processed for conditions beyond the control of resort management.
