What is included in the New Year celebration package?
Our New Year package includes accommodations in either a riverside resort, meals (breakfast, lunch, and gala dinner), evening snacks, and access to our New Year’s Eve party featuring a DJ, bonfire, fireworks, and a cake-cutting ceremony. Adventure activities like river rafting and trekking are also available (on demand with extra charges) to enhance your stay.

Are adventure activities safe for beginners?
Yes, we cater to all experience levels, and each activity, including river rafting and cliff jumping, is supervised by trained professionals. We prioritize safety and provide necessary gear, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all guests.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in is at 11:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM the following day. For our 1-night/2-day package, check-in is on December 31th, and check-out is on January 1st.

Is transportation to the camp included in the package?
Transportation is not included in the package. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to the camp or resort, though we can recommend local services if needed.

What is the cancellation policy for the New Year packages?
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance incur a 25% fee, 7 days in advance incur a 50% fee, and less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable. We also do not provide refunds for no-shows, so we encourage confirming your travel plans prior to booking.
